I am writing to commend your Subaru Service Manager; Heidi, and your Parts Department Manager; Linda. I managed to tear up the front end of my '98 Subaru Legacy Outback this winter on a clump of frozen dirt. By the time I had it looked at I was no longer able to drive it safely. Both Linda and Heidi were enormously helpful in getting my car towed into your shop, obtaining the parts necessary for repair, and getting the work done quickly and at an excellent price. I felt very well treated in every step along the way.
I hope that you will share this letter with Linda and Heidi and I hope that you will add copies to their personnel files. I know that customers don't hesitate to write letters when they are dissatisfied, perhaps the world would be a kinder place if we made it a point to thank people for their good work more often.
